This year I've been put in charge of training and I've created a new programme that will inspire the apprentices. I'm enjoying motivating them to strive for excellence.
We are doing an autumn/winter collection and also running a competition to win a trip to Sydney for Hair Expo which will be attending with Sharlene and Ruth and I'm really looking forward to it.
On a personal note Im really excited as I'm heading to Bali at the end of April.
Sharls will be there so I'll be going to all of the hot spots and spending too much money.
